About me.

My name is Ginés and I am a Telecommunications engineer with an electronics specialization. I completed my education at the University of Seville in Spain and Poznan University of Technology in Poland through the Erasmus+ program. During my studies, I focused on developing new technologies and received an outstanding academic record with an average of 8.27/10 at high school, 7.11/10 at Seville University and 5/5 at Poland University of Technology. In 2019, I started my professional journey as an intern at the Electronics Department at ETSI, University of Seville, where I helped with research on Lab-On Chips for Retinosis Pigmentosa and developed new COVID PCR systems. In 2021, I was awarded a scholarship to study engineering at Poznan University of Technology, where I joined PUT Rocket Lab Team and was responsible for developing a GPS Tracker system for the next generation Rocket HEXA2. I have a passion for experimenting in various fields of technology and computing, including 3D modeling and rendering, Music Production, Engineering Simulations, programming Languages, and more, using multiple open-source software. Furthermore, I enjoy being in an international environment, and I have traveled to England, the US, and Poland to improve my English skills and pursue my passion for F. Chopin music. Currently, I am working at Skylife Engineering Navigation's team as an Engineer, where I am involved in developing SILEME technology, with clients such as Airbus, INTA, and which attracted the curiosity of NASA 🚀. I have gained expertise in various programming languages, including Python, C/C++, Verilog, VHDL, Assembly, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Java, as well as all stages of design of PCB and CAD both digital and analog. I take pride in my contributions to Skylife's success and have received recognition for my outstanding academic performance, including an Erasmus+ scholarship for Telecommunications engineering at Poznan University of Technology. My passion for the impact of merging software and hardware motivates me to continue learning and growing in this field. I aspire to lead innovative projects that drive positive change in society.

Fields

Some of the fields I'm good at.

programming logo

Programming

I started programming in C as a self taught before entering University. Later at University I learnt some Java, Html, JavaScript, CSS, SQL... I also started experimenting with Python, my favourite language. Feel free to have a look at some of my codes at: My github repositories!

3D Modeling and rendering

I always thought that the best way of showing an idea is to create it. 3D models help to achieve that. That's why I learnt the Opensource software Blender. As a plus, if you know how to model you know to to 3D print ;)

Solving Engineering Problems

I love to see problems as a challenge. My degree gave me enough knowledge to find a solution to a problem in a wide variety of fields, like System Control, Electronics (Analog and Digital), Networks Protocols, Physics and Mathematics, Signal Processing, communications theory and much more...

Music

I started playing violin at the age of 7 but switched to piano at the age of 8. Since then, I studied piano for 4 years. Nowadays I continue studying piano by my self. My passion for Chopin and classical music led me to visit Warsaw (Poland) in 2019. I also felt curious at an early age about producing music and composing: You can hear some of my works down below :)

Videogames Development

I've always been amazed of the power of videogames to tell a story and make you feel totally in another dimension. Being aware that I couldn't make alone the next GTA; I started to learn how to develop videogames, first by coding (lot of coding!), and then, when I knew how a game works,by chosing an engine. In this case Godot Engine, which I currently use.

Others

While I'm not studying, I try to learn about something new, like video/photo editing, starting a new electronic project, learning about AI and Deeplearning...
